Refund Policy

A full refund may be claimed within 4 hours of receiving access to the purchased product or service.

Once 4 hours have elapsed from the time access is provided, the subscription becomes non-refundable and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

The ₹1 special offer for first-time users is a promotional pack and is non-refundable.

To request a refund within the eligible 4-hour period, please include your order number (sent to you via email after your order) and clearly mention the reason for your refund request.

All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 (Fourteen) business days of receiving the refund request. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
